 Retail Orders.

We aim to ship all retail orders placed before 2pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day (Mon - Fri excl. bank holidays).

UK Mainland Orders

FREE DELIVERY on all orders valued at £30.00 or above. Standard delivery service is Royal Mail 48 tracked.

Orders valued at less than £30.00 incur a flat delivery fee of £2.99. Standard delivery service is Royal Mail 2nd class (delivery within 3 days).

We also offer the option for express delivery at checkout using Royal Mail 24 tracked.

Orders delivered via Royal Mail International Standard, including tracked and signed. Orders >2.1kg use best available courier rates.

Rest of the world (Ex. Europe)

Delivery costs will be based on order cubic size and weight. Palletised shipments available. Fast and hassle free.

Orders will be delivered DDU. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

If preferred, you are free to make your own shipping arrangements, with collection from our premises in the UK.


In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) to us, for a full refund. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

The items must be in original, unopened and unused condition

The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Please note that customers will not be refunded for initial delivery costs, and the return cost of shipping shall be borne by you, the customer. Goods should be sent in original, or suitable protective replacement packaging to prevent damage. We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit to our premises - please retain proof of postage and make any claims with your courier.

Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, a full refund to the value paid for goods will be issued. Time for funds to be received will vary based upon your bank account type (typically 3 days). 

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please be aware that our drinking straws are a totally natural product, and each individual straw will vary slightly to the next. If you have received faulty or damaged goods, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt). We are able to offer replacement item(s) or refunds as long as there is no evidence of misuse or accidental damage. 

We may ask for photographs, or request the items be returned to us for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement. You may be asked to send faulty items back to us, please maintain all evidence of postage costs, which will be reimbursed along with a full refund or replacement upon inspection and approval.
